Botanical Blooms

This seems to be my week to play in challenges.  I saw that the What Will You Stamp challenge #52  was to use the Botanical Blooms stamp set.  You know how I feel about that set and framelits, so I went to work.  I wanted to do something totally different  from what I had done before so I decided to use just one color.

Botanical Blooms W&W

Are you asking where did I use the stamps?  I embossed all the details on the  leaves  in white embossing powder, this added texture and interest.   It is hard to see but other than Whisper White card stock the only other paper i used was the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper for the centers of the flowers.

I wanted a little more texture so I used the Elegant Dots embossing folder on the panel.  What do you think?

Just for fun and because I was curious, I also tried it on a black card base.

Botanical Blooms B&W

Not sure which I like better.  How about you?
