Stampers Dozen Blog Hop…Anything Goes

Banner

Welcome to the Stampers Dozen Blog Hop.  We are all Stampin' Up!® demonstrators and we come together to hop on the 14th of the month.  This month our theme is Anything Goes!

In a recent Online Exclusive release I was excited to see the Happy Hibiscus bundle.  I grew up in Hawaii so you know I needed this new bundle.  The bundle is extra special since it also has an embossing folder, Happy Hibiscus Hybrid Embossing folder.

  • Old Olive leaves cut using the Happy Hibiscus dies.
  • Flirty Flamingo CS stamped with Flirty Flamingo ink and the Happy Hibiscus stamps.  The Happy Hibiscus stamps are 2-step stamps.  The outline stamp was inked full strength and the lighter image was stamped off once before stamping on the CS.
  • Congratulations sentiment from the Happy Hibiscus set inked in Flirty Flamingo.
  • Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gem centers in each flower.

I liked how the card turned out so I decided to make it again in another color.  Which do you like better?

  1. Beautiful cards, Sharon! I like them both. Hibiscus flowers come in so many colors in Hawaii and the one we have is on the darker pink side so what can I say? Any color Hibiscus is beautiful to me LOL! Happy Holidays to you and your family!
