Stamper’s Dozen Blog Hop… Congratulations!
Welcome to another Stamper's Dozen Blog Hop! This month we are serving up projects with "Congratulations" in mind. Follow along the entire hop and you will see how we say Congratulations to graduates, anniversaries, weddings, and any other event that warrants a congratulations.
The first thing that I think of when I think about "congratulations" is anniversaries. Whether it is the first anniversary or the 60th, congratulations and recognition is definitely in order.

I thought I would up the sparkle factor just a bit so I added another layer of butterflies.
Might as well go a little overboard with the sparkle. After all we all know every anniversary is earned and needs to be celebrated!
