Love and Care Birthday

I have been working on  May birthday cards.  I wanted to use the new hostess set called Love and Care from the Summer mini catalog.    I am really happy with how this card turned out especially since it is a pretty quick one to make. 

Stamps: Love and Care
Ink: Vanilla Craft, Cherry Cobbler and Basic Black markers, Black ink
Paper:  Basic Black, Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler, and Love Letter DSP
Punches: Scallop edge punch
Extras:  Cherry Cobbler seam binding ribbon, brads, Essentials Chunky Black glitter

The Very Vanilla craft ink takes a bit to dry since it is a pigment ink.  You can  heat it with a heat gun to speed up the drying.   The light color ink on the black makes a bold statement.
