Frosty Friends in Marina Mist

Ready for more Frosty Friends?  Hope so!  

In addition to the Frosty Friends stamp I used  one of the NEW single stamps that were recently released.   Love this new Bold Snowflake  stamp and one very cool thing is that it coordinates with the Blossom punch.   I will be sure to show that to you in another post.    I stamped the Bold Snowflake in the Illuminate Glimmer Watermark pad.  Love that ink and I have been using it a lot since i got it a few weeks ago.  This ink pad is on page 23 of the Holiday Catalog.  Yes, it is easy to miss but trust me it is beautiful.

I also matted the layers in Silver Glimmer paper, Oh yeah, it is a glittery sight!  I know you are cringing thinking about all that glittery paper that is being wasted.  Not to worry I actually cut out the middle part of the glitter paper and used that  to mat the Frosty Friends.  It is pretty easy to do with the new Stampin'  Trimmer!   If you click on the link there is also a video showing the features of the new trimmer.  We have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of the Trimmer and  I am so happy it is finally available!  

I took a lot of pictures and I still was not able to capture the Illuminte Watermark ink.  It is subtle like the VersaMark ink but with a silvery shine.   If you are wondering the sentiment is from the Sweet Essentials stamp set.  I think it just fits the Frosty Friends perfectly.
